Who we are
615 Deck designs, builds and repairs decks and outdoor living spaces for homes in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you request a visit or send a Deck Planner plan, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you are interested in, any message and, for the planner, the choices you made. Like most websites, our servers also record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your request, schedule a visit and follow up. We use basic technical information to keep the website secure and working properly.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We are not a lead generation company, and we do not sell leads. We share information only with the people and services needed to run the business, such as our email provider, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as needed to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Cookies and storage
This website uses only the essential technology needed to display pages and protect forms from spam. We do not use advertising trackers on these pages.
Deck Planner
The planner is a planning tool. The drawings, callouts, checklists and project steps it shows are illustrative and are not a quote, an engineered design or a promise of what is right for your property. Our team confirms the layout, structure and schedule after seeing your yard.
Images and guides
Photographs and graphics on this website are illustrative, and some before-and-after images are created to show what a deck can look like. Projects shown are examples and may not depict an actual project or customer. The guides are general information, so follow manufacturers' instructions, check local codes and consult qualified professionals when you are unsure.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time. Call us at 615-431-3789 and we will help.
Terms
Our Terms of Service are on the 615 Service Group website. Use the Terms of Service link at the bottom of any page.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
