Yes. Our design and 3D planning shows the layout, materials, railings and details so you can review and adjust the plan before we build.

Yes. We prepare drawings and details for your building office or neighborhood association, answer reviewers' questions and build to the approved plan.

Often yes. We inspect the structure first. If the frame is sound we can repair it or replace the boards and railings, and if it is not we explain your options honestly.
